Exciting, huh?! We found out a month ago that we are expecting a little one in the fall!
We are for sure still in shock, but are SO excited! We thought we'd stop preventing and then a few days later we think our little one was made! Apparently these things can happen fast!
Olive was very curious about what this little stick meant... and probably won't understand how much her life will change until September arrives!

I've been feeling great - just a little nauseous when my tummy is empty, VERY bloated and burpy, and a bit fatigued. I think the bloating is leading to my little tummy pooch...at first my mom thought there were two in there! Please, Lord, NO!
Today we got to see the little one for the first time and thankfully it had a heartbeat (156 beats per minute) and its crown to rump measurement matched its gestational age perfectly - 8 weeks!
So that's our big news! We'll keep you updated on how things progress!
