I have had this as a recipe idea for awhile. We finally made them this weekend. Don't they look amazing?? Unfortunately they were just ok. I'm not sure if I did everything right, but I also had never had german pancakes - which these are supposed to emulate - are they supposed to be like a doughy scrambled egg?
Grant liked them. I found them edible. They were filling. I might have to experiment. I just expected something so much lighter than what I got. Here is the recipe. Let me know if you try them!

i tried that recipe too! They reminded me of a sweet yorshire pudding (have you ever had those?!). We had them for dinner and Gregg kept saying is this dinner or desert?
